Eligibility: People's Choice Awards Poll is open to everyone. Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, editorial staff, affiliates and sponsors of INDOlink, Planet-Bollywood, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Entry: To enter, complete the Official Poll Form located on the Planet-Bollywood web site. No purchase is necessary. You must be a Registered member of INDOlink with a valid username and password.
Registration Form is available here! An entry without valid and correct registration information will be disqualified. You would select your choice from a list of nominees (already nominated by the staff of Planet-Bollywood) for various categories.
Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same name and email address will be rejected, and would not qualify for any prize.
No responsibility is assumed by the publishers of INDOlink, Planet-Bollywood or their Sponsors for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions or for any illegal entries (e.g., without email address) that may occur.
All entries become the property of Planet-Bollywood, and will not be returned to entrant.
Further, Planet-Bollywood reserves the right to use the winners name on the Planet-Bollywood web site.

Polling Period: The Poll begins in January, 2008 and ends April 22, 2008. All online entries must be received by 11:59PM ET on April 22, 2008.
People's Choice Awards Results: At the end of the Polling period, the nominees receiving the maximum number of votes, will be declared the People's Choice for respective categories.
Winner Selection: The winning entries will be those, which match all or most of the People's Choice Awards Results (based on the above rule).
A total of three (3) winning entries will be selected. If there are more than three winning entries, then three final winners will be selected from a random lottery. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Announcement: Winners will be notified by email at the email address supplied in the User Registration Form.
If a winner's name and/or the email address is found invalid, the winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected.
The final list of winners will be announced around last week of April, 2008 on the Planet-Bollywood web site.
Prizes: A grand prize awaits each of the three lucky winners.
No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. The winners will be asked to provide their mailing address for mailing the prizes.
Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and withholding of the prize. The prizes will be mailed to the individual winners around May, 2008.
General Conditions: The Official Rules will be posted at Planet-Bollywood web site throughout the Poll duration. Poll entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Planet-Bollywood judges which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to the People's Choice Awards Poll.
Entrants further grant the publishers of INDOlink and Planet-Bollywood the right to use and publish the information submitted in this Poll. By entering, participants release and hold harmless INDOlink.com, Inc., the parent coompany of INDOlink and Planet-Bollywood, their Sponsors, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Poll or any prize won.
Other restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply.
Conduct: Planet-Bollywood reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Poll or web site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
