After a creditable opening weekend (13.50 crore), Anushka Sharma’s debut production venture, `NH10`, maintained very well during the weekdays as well. The moderately budgeted `NH10` continues the welcome trend set by women centric successes like `Mary Kom` and `Mardaani`.

Meanwhile Yash Raj Films` Ayushmann Khurrana starrer, `Dum Laga Ke Haisha`, saw another steady week and is the first clean hit of 2015. The very reasonably costing (15 crore all inclusive) `DLKH`, already has a good satellite price (8 crore) in its kitty and is still to release in the overseas.

 Badlapur  Verdict: Semi-hit

Concluding with the Sriram Ragahavan directed, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Varun Dhawan starrer, `Badlapur`, the film saw another productive week and is a rare adult rated success, given the moderate investment (all inclusive 25 crore cost), and the (expected) non-theatrical rights. `Badlapur` has also impressed in the Overseas grossing $2m.
