The coming Friday will witness the release of the comeback vehicle of Aishwarya Rai-Bachchan, `Jazbaa`. The Sanjay Gupta directed film will see her teaming up with Irrfan Khan, and the film should make a mark, especially at the metro multiplexes.

 Singh Is Bliing  Verdict: Released
Weekly Earnings: -  Total Earnings: -
The premier release of the week, Akshay-Amy’s `Singh Is Bliing`, embarked on a great start with North (especially Delhi-NCR and East Punjab) being excellent. The film ended the first weekend netting 50 crore from India. The Prabhu Dheva directed `Singh Is Bliing` has also done very well in the Overseas grossing $2.50m during the first weekend.

 Talvar  Verdict: Released
Weekly Earnings: -  Total Earnings: -
The other release of the same week, Meghna Gulzar’s Irrfan-Konkona starrer, `Talvar`, has fared well at Metro multiplexes netting an impressive 8 crore (given the cost and cast) during the opening weekend from India.

Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon  Verdict: Hit
Weekly Earnings: India Rs. 40 crore  Total Earnings: India Rs. 40 crore ; UK£120,000 ; US$325,000
Checking out director duo, Abbas-Mustan (this time in a comic venture unlike their forte; thrillers!) and TV host and now actor Kapil Sharma venture, `Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon`, the film surprised one and all with a great run, more so due to it`s moderate 21 crore (all inclusive) cost. The film has performed very well in the Overseas too.

 Calender Girls  Verdict: Flop

Meanwhile `Calender Girls` turned out to be another failure for the one hard hitting director, Madhur Bhandarkar.

The film crashed in the second week. `Katti Batti` has also disappointed in the Overseas.

 Hero  Verdict: Flop
