`Anjaana Anjaani` saw a good start at the multiplexes of centres like Mumbai, Ahmedabad and Delhi-NCR. Expectedly the opening was not on the same level at the single screens.

Shankar`s `Enthiran - The Robot` released in three languages, Tamil, Telugu and Hindi. The opening was superb in Southern states but was dull at many of the remaining places.

Aatish Kapadia`s `Khichdi-The Movie` saw a poor response, even at places where it was expected to fare well-Gujarat-Maharashtra. The audience preferred to watch `Anjaana Anjaani` and even `Robot`.

It took `Dabangg` just two weeks to zip past the final tally of `Ghajini`. The film did see a heavy fall of around 58-59 percent, but that hardly matters as the two week distributors’ share is a whopping Rs. 65 crore! The Salman Khan, Sonakshi Sinha and Sonu Sood starrer has also done wonders in the Overseas despite its desi theme.

Karan Johar’s Siddharth Malhotra directed `We Are Family` continues to crash further. The Kajol, Kareena Kapoor and Arjun Rampal starrer will have to rely on non-theatrical rights for recovery. `We Are Family` is also below the mark in the Overseas circuit (for a Karan-Kajol project).
