| So finally, after many dark weeks, the bountiful Diwali week arrived with are two big releases - Rohit Shetty’s `Golmaal 3` and Vipul Shah’s `Action Replayy`- all ready to set the cash registers ringing. While it was a good opening day for `G3` it was a very ordinary opening for `Action Replayy`. Thankfully, both the films saw a substantial jump on Saturday, but by and large Ajay Devgn`s `Golmaal 3` is all set to establish a comfortable lead over the Akshay Kumar starrer `Action Replayy` during the opening weekend. |

As far as the new releases of last week are concerned namely `Maalik Ek`, `Mussa-The Most Wanted`, `Nakshatra` and `Daayen Ya Baayen`, the opening varied from poor to pathetic. It is difficult to find out which one has managed to fare worse, as by and large most of the mentioned films failed to complete even a day or two in the cinemas.
