Chain Kulii Ki Main Kulii  Verdict: New
Weekly Earnings: -  Total Earnings: -
This week`s main release is going to be Rahul Bose`s `Chain Kulii Ki Main Kulii`. Bose does have his loyal sets of multiplex fans (specially after `Pyaar Ke Side Effects`) and that is why it will score over the only other release, `Miss Anara`.

 Jhoom Barabar Jhoom  Verdict: Awaited

 Genre:  Recommended Audience: Parental Guidance
The mixed initial of last week`s 25 to 27 crore`Jhoom Barabar Jhoom`, sent shock-waves in the industry. Thanks to the superhit title song, the starcast and, of course, Yash Raj Films banner, the film was expected to take a flying start but that did not happen. All the same, thanks to a high number of multiplex shows, the first week collections may turn out to be around 20 crores Even in the Overseas `Jhoom Brabar Jhoom` did not have the run befitting a Yash Raj banner product. It underperformed in the US, but fared better in the UK.

 The Train  Verdict: Flop
Weekly Earnings: India Rs. 4.60 crores  Total Earnings: India Rs. 4.60 crores
Director: Raksha Mistry & Hasnain S. Hyderabadwala  Producer: Shyam & Narendra Bajaj (Siddhi Vinayak Creations)
 Music: Mithoon  Lyrics: Sayeed Quadri
Starring: Emraan Hashmi, Geeta Basra, Sayali Bhagat, Asseem Merchant
 Genre:  Recommended Audience: Parental Guidance
Despite hit music and Emraan Hashmi, `The Train` ran out of steam, before reaching its destination. The makers can at best hope for cost coverage.

Fool N Final  Verdict: Average to above-average

 Genre:  Recommended Audience: Parental Guidance
Though `Fool N Final` fell heavily in Bombay city, it was quite steady in parts of North & Central India and Gujarat. Due to the high number of prints in circulation, the second week saw a decent total from India. Though the movie has failed in the Overseas, it fared better in the UK.

 Cheeni Kum  Verdict: Above-average
 Weekly Earnings: India Rs. 3 crores ; UK $24,392 ; US $18,577  Total Earnings: India Rs. 14.30 crores ; UK $747,007 ; US $697,369

The Amitabh-Tabu starrer, `Cheeni Kum`, had another steady week and proves yet again that the audience is ready to patronize good and different movies. In the Overseas too `Cheeni Kum` is a winner.

Shootout At Lokhandwala  Verdict: Hit plus
Weekly Earnings: India Rs. 3.75 crores ; UK $524  Total Earnings: India Rs. 30.75 crores ; UK $298,935 ; US $289,232

`Shootout At Lokhandwala` continues to impress in Bombay, East Punjab and parts of UP, but has fallen badly in Delhi city (expectedly). Like most action fares from Bollywood, `Shootout At Lokhandwala` has been rejected in the Overseas.
