| This week saw two releases `Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya` and `Jodi Breakers`. With two films of similar genre releasing on the same day, business was bound to be divided, and that is precisely what has happened. However, as per initial reports barring circuits like Mysore and to an extent some multiplexes of Delhi city, it is the Ritesh-Genelia film `TNLHG` that has clearly dominated the Madhavan–Bipasha starrer. |

After a dull to decent start, Shakun Batra’s `Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu` picked up noticeably during the weekend, but a big jump was clearly missing. The film was steady at the lower end during the weekdays (Valentine day saw good numbers). The Kareena-Imran starrer is an average fare but seeing the second weekend crash a ‘hit’ or even ‘semi-hit’ looks difficult if not impossible for the 37-38 crore (all inclusive) film. `Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu` has done wonderfully in the overseas (Imran’s best ever!).

The other release of the week, `Valentine`s Night`, starring real life couple Payal Rohatgi and Sangram Singh failed to achieve any significant collections and is a washout.

Concluding with Karan Malhotra’s `Agneepath`, the film managed to ward off the challenge from `EMAET` (ironically from the same banner!) as it saw another fruitful week. The Hrithik-Priyanka starrer is also an Overseas super hit.
