| As was expected Yash Raj Films` Habib Faisal directed `Ishaqzaade` got a better response from the audience as compared to Vikram Bhatt’s `Dangerous Ishhq`(3D version doing better). As things stand, if the audience can accept the unconventional ending of `Ishaqzaade`, the film can mark a memorable debut for Arjun Kapoor, while `Dangerous Ishhq` has to work much harder to make Karisma’s comeback a successful one. |

Last week’s major release from the Bhatt camp, Kunal Deshmukh’s Emraan, Randeep and Eesha starrer, `Jannat 2`, saw a good start at the ticket window but showed no big jump during the weekend. All the same given the all inclusive release of 12 crores and the fact that the film has netted 35-35 crore in the first week (to be validated), the film is sure to be at least a hit from here. `Jannat 2` though has failed in the Overseas (barring Pakistan and the Middle East).
