| With multiple releases hitting the cinemas, it was but natural that all were slated to suffer, and it comes as no surprise that none of them could make much of an impact at the ticket window. Still from the bunched releases it was the animated `Arjun : The Warrior Prince` which managed the best collections of around 20 percent, thereby getting some patronage from it’s school going target audience. |

Last week saw the release of RGV’s Amitabh, Dutt and Rana starrer, `Department`. Though the film was never expected to embark upon a great start, but the dull start was well much below expectations, and the film saw an ordinary week of around 12 crore( to be validated), and to make matters worse crashed after that. The film will turn out to be a loss making venture for all concerned and dent RGV’s credentials even further. The film is a washout in the Overseas.

Coming to Yash Raj Films’ Arjun-Parineeti starrer, `Ishaqzaade`, after a good weekend the collections fell noticeably but the film still managed stability at the mid-end. Given the quite stable second week `Ishaqzaade` is a clean hit for the makers, who are also the distributors.
