This week`s new releases are Yash Raj`s Saif-Rani starrer, `Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic`, Jackie-Arbaaz starrer `Thodi Life Thoda Magic` and `Via Darjeeling`. While `Thodi Life Thoda Magic` has no chances, Kunal Kohli`s `Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic` too has minimal hype associated with it. The third release, `Via Darjeeling`, featuring Vinay Pathak, Kay Kay and Sandhya Mridul may appeal to select multiplexes.

Last Friday saw a not so happy week for Bollywood, as none of the new releases made much of an impact at the ticket window. While Pahlaj Nihalani`s `Khusboo` had a poor opening, Kumar Mangat`s `Haal-E-Dil` fared better with a dull start. The bright lining is that the performance of the newcomers, especially that of Amita and Adhyayan was noticed and appreciated.

The best collections (comparatively) came from Rising Star Entertainment`s `De Taali`, but even they are nothing to write home about, despite the presence of stars like Aftab, Ritesh and Ayesha.

The Ram Gopal Varma directed `Sarkar Raj`, crashed at many centres in its second week. Distributors of several circuits would lose part of their investment.`Sarkar Raj` though is good in Maharashtra. The Amitabh, Abhishek and Aishwarya starrer is likely to lose in most other circuits barring Bombay. Its Overseas run too shows no improvement, as it crashes once again.
