Planet Bollywood's review ratings are getting ridiculous!

I thought things were bad when they started rating movies by .25's (example - 8.25 for AKS). But the review for YEH RAASTE... is just plain ridiculous! 6.2? Why not 6 or 6.5? Why don't they keep it simple? What's next -7.00001's and 8.9999's?
