KOI KISISE KUM NAHIN, is, in a word, bad. There is not one redeeming quality about the movie. The movie has a terrible plot, acting, music, and direction. Milind Gunaji (of Fareb and Virasat fame) plays a cop who is out to catch a criminal. He, his partners, and their girlfriends (Kashmira Shah of Yes Boss and Pratibha Sinha of Gudgudee and Deewana Mastana) hide out in the jungle to accomplish this while they sing stupid songs. I wanted to walk out of the almost empty theater but stayed to see if the film redeemed itself. Unfortunatley, it had the whole audience on the brink of insanity by intermission. In my opinion, a suitable punishment for Raj Sippy for making such a stupid film is making him watch it! Why did Milind Gunaji waste his talents on such an inane and idiotic film? God knows. He is terrible though. Kashmira Shah looked fantastic, but has given a sad performance to follow up her above average job in Yes Boss  (Remember Aditya's wife?). Hopefully, her next venture PYAR TO HONA HI THA will be better. After a superb performance in  Gudgudee and a decently funny one in Deewana Mastana, one would have hoped that Mala Sinha's daughter would show some acting skills in this sad film. Pratibha stinks. Had I not seen her other movies, I would have named her one of the worst actresses in Bollywood History (yes, she was worse than Kamal Sidhu in Aaar Ya Paar -- which I enjoyed). But Pratibha is not a bad actress. I know she can do a better job. About all she manages to show in this film is cleavage. And believe me, I didn't mind that but some acting would be nice. Anand Raaj Anand's score is PITIFUL. Not one decent song out of EIGHT. All in all, this film is a bore through and through. Why do I waste my time with films like these? Why did I see this film in the theater (or at all, for that matter)? GOD KNOWS!
