When purchasing this album (BANDHAN "An Eternal Bond") I expected some very nice songs by noticing the music directors. Anand Raaj Anand is having a good year thus far. He has given two hit tracks year. "Hello Hello Bolke…" from Aakrosh and "Pyar Kiya To Nibhana…" from Major Saab. Himesh Reshammiya is still a newcomer to the film industry. However he gave this years first big hit track, "Odh Li Chunariya…" from Pyaar Kiya To Darna Kya. Bandhan is an above average album with a couple of good songs. However, it is not a must buy album like Dil Se, Jab Pyaar Kisise Hota Hai, or Kareeb.

"Tere Naina…" sung by Udit Narayan and Kavita Krishnamurthy and composed by Anand Raaj Anand opens the soundtrack. It is slighlty fast paced. This is probably the chart buster from the entire soundtrack. Udit and Kavita do a splendid job. The singers frequently repeat some of the words at the end of each line.

Anand Raaj Anand has composed three other songs in the soundtrack. The title song "Bandhan…" has two versions, a happy one and a sad one. Both are sung by Kumar Sanu. The sad version is only a couple of minutes long. Suprisingly Kumar Sanu doesn't sound nasal as he usually does now a days.

Anand's last composition "Main Deewani Main Mastani…" is a cabaret-ish number sung by the annoying Shwetha Shetty. The song is a usual "girl dancing in front of guys at a bar number" with some "naughty" lyrics.

Himesh Reshammiya composes the last three songs in the soundtrack. His best effort is "Dum Se Hai Dum…" sung by Kumar Sanu and Alka Yagnik. This song is a soft medium paced number with some good singing by Alka Yagnik and nice lyrics by Sudhakar Sharma. Kumar Sanu surprises again by not showing off his nasal abilities.

"Chhora Fisal Gaya…" composed by Himesh Reshammiya, is sung by Udit Narayan and Alka Yagnik. It's a fun song in which the guy and the gal are telling each other how they fell in love. Udit and Alka's singing make the song sound even better.

"Balle Balle…" is Himesh Reshammiya's last composition. Abhijeet, Alka Yagnik, and Sapna Awasthi sing this "masti-type" number. It's an average song with some good beats. Abhijeet and Alka sound refreshing. One might like the song after listening to it a couple of times.
