Though the first month of the year has never truly proven to be a big one in Bollywood, the month of January has four weeks (two passed) of which Indian films are practically pakced with a wide genre of different films. Confirmed for release after the in and out game was played, Tips will release Dil Ka Rishta will be hitting cinemas on the 17th. After its soundtrack just released WEG will be releasing the controversial Pooja Bhatt production Jism on the same day. Two beauty queens plan to battle it out, however, Dil ka Rishta has more cinema holdings than the latter.

After being scheduled for the 10th, then the 17th, E. Niwas´ much hyped Dum starrer the much appreciated Vivek Oberoi will finally be released by Eros on the 24th. Like most Sandeep Chowta soundtracks the music has been a fave since it released.

Finally after months of waiting, Boney Kapoor´s Khushi will be released by Eros on the 31st of January. With media reports constantly (and redundantly) repeating the fact that Kareena Kapoor and Fardeen are very anxious and reliant on the release of this film, the pre-release reports are very much in the film´s favor. A love story can be a winner, they say. Especially with its music winning fans over.
