Will director Maneesh Sharma succeed in handling a modern-day story which is considered too progressive in the heartland of India ?.

“The title ‘SHUDHH DESI ROMANCE’ is adding up to Number 67- an octave of Number 4 (Rahu) which is not a fortunate number from a worldly or material standpoint. It is self-contained, lonely and isolated” explains Bhavikk.

“As per the makers of this film, ‘52% of young men and 36% of young women want to explore a live-in relationship before marriage’. Going by the film’s basic theme, the numerological meaning derived from the vibration of the title seems apt; and hence it shall definitely appeal especially to those who endorse or at least believe in this concept” predicts Bhavikk.

‘Plus, the release date of the film – 6th September 2013 is a day primarily ruled by Number 6 (Venus) – the planet of love, sex, harmony, peace etc. and that shall help the film even further to rake in more business, thanks to the plotline of the movie”.

“Add more to that, the present year 2013 which is also adding up to Number 6 is proving lucky for most Number 3, 6, 8 and 9 people, places, dates, names etc. and the film’s protagonist Sushant Singh Rajput (21st January 1986), producer Aditya Chopra (21st May 1971) and once again the release date; all fall in to this bracket directly”.

“Of the two female leads, Parineeti Chopra (22nd November 1988) is a Libran (ruled by Venus – Number 6) while on the other hand, currently the Sun is in the zodiac sign of Virgo (ruler Mercury – Number 5) and debutante Vaani Kapoor (23rd August 1992) comes under this category” he adds.
