 Contrary to speculations in a section of the media, the promos of Yashraj Films' action bonanza 'Tashan' were not delayed because of similarity to last Friday's 'Race'. The promos of the Anil, Akshay, Saif and Kareena starrer, that have now been splashed across the channels make the distinct look of 'Tashan' obvious to one and all.
In fact, one of the many short promos, featuring Akshay 'Khiladi' Kumar, returning back to his forte, action, will see him addressing the students, busy in various board exams. Akshay goes something like " Exam mein apna 'Tashan' dikhao, Aur phir aake dekho 'Bachchan Pandey' ka 'Tashan', 25 April ko!" For those who are not aware, Akshay Kumar plays a recovery agent 'Bachchan Pandey' in 'Tashan'. He works for a smalltime wannabe don 'Bhaiyaji' (Anil Kapoor). In the film, Kareena Kapoor has borrowed a huge sum of money from Anil Kapoor and is not in a position to repay it back. Hence, Anil assigns Akshay the task of recovering money from her, who globetrots after her, ultimately..... !
