Stallone recreating Gadar scene is no big deal: Sunny Deol

"If they recreate a scene from 'Gadar', they are obviously trying to cash in on the film's success, on the other hand it's great that Stallone, an action legend is recreating the scene. But on second thought it's no big deal," Deol told PTI in an interview.

The son of Bollywood legend Dharmendra, who gained mass popularity as Bollywood's own 'He-man' was in town to launch a fitness club, generating huge crowds keen to catch a glimpse of their own 'Sunny paji'.

Deol who was last seen in the multi starrer 'Heroes', is currently busy with his directorial venture 'The Man' which will be a home production under the banner of 'Vijayta Films'.

He had earlier directed 'Dillagi' in 1999 and is returning to direction after a decade.

"The decision to turn director was not pre-planned. 'Dillagi' happened because I liked the story and it is the same with 'The Man'. The story came to me and I decided to direct it.

"I started work on it a year ago and I hope it will be a good film," said Deol refusing to divulge further details about the film.
