Interacting with media in connection with the discussion on Satyamev Jayate with Asianet Communications, which is airing the Malayalam version of the show, said, 'It was a thrilling experience as he travelled throughout the country in connection with the shooting of the show.' During the shooting, he had several emotional experiences which made him cry, laugh, worry and even excite.

The journey was extremely emotional and very moving, he said adding that the people had helped him to discover the country. The journey helped him to develop close relationships with people, he added.

Regarding the telecasting time, he said it was the best time as it was scheduled to be telecast on every Sunday at 1100 hrs, which according to him was the most suitable time as people with families could watch the show.

He expressed the confidence that the show would be a hit even without celebrity actors as the people were the real heroes and thus the masses would accept it.
