Singapore Cruise, South East Asian Locales, But No ´Bheja Fry´ This Time!
- Planet Bollywood Special Correspondant           Let us know what you think about this story

The original 'Bheja fry' released a couple of years back, was predominantly set at just a few locations and with a shoestring budget. But then it had a lot of soul, punchy dialogues, crackling one liners. The result? An unexpected success that pleasantly shocked one and all.

However, like all sequels, the makers decided to go bigger and more lavish the second time around. The film even moved to luxury cruise liner in Singapore and also to foreighn locales of South East Asia. Unfortunately the makers neglected the USP of the first part and came up with flat and listles jokes, and even with a talented actor like Vinay Pathak, the audience was not tickled or amused.

The film did take good start at a few multiplexes but could not sustain after a 6.35 crore weekend!
