The charge has been denied by the Deputy Chief Minister SK Modi.

"Tight security arrangements were in place and administration was ready to receive SRK... it is because of bad weather and poor visibility," said Modi, adding SKR's visit here was a matter of pride for people of the state.

"It shows the inefficiency of the administration which prevented the superstar from coming here," state RJD President Ramchandra Purve said.

Bihar Youth Congress President Lalan Kumar alleged that the incident had exposed the state government's claim for better security and law and order in the state.

Shah Rukh's visit to the state for promotion of the film was postponed yesterday triggering controversy.
