Swati Bakshi, who was last seen in the Himansh Kohli-Priya Banerjee starrer 'Dil Jo Na Keh Saka', will be next seen in the comedy 'When Obama Loved Osama' in which she essays the lead role. In this interview, she talks about the film and more.

What was your reaction when you first heard the title of the film?

It is a very funny title. When I discovered that the film is called 'When Obama Loved Osama', I thought either it was going to be a very serious film or a very funny one. I thought it was an apt title for the film and it would also help in raising curiosity for the film amongst the audience.

Tell us something about your role in the film.

I play the role of Maggie Obama, the female protagonist. She is a Christian girl who falls in love with Aman Osama, played by Mousam Sharma. The film is about how they deal with their parents and a lot of other problems.

Is this your first film?

No, I have done two films before this. I had acted in a Hindi film 'Dil Jo Na Keh Saka' in which I was paired opposite Himansh Kohli. I also did a Punjabi film called 'Hard Kaur'.

What's next?

I have two more films in the pipeline, 'Dussehra' with Neil Nitin Mukesh and another film called 'Paper Rocket'.
