Music director Shravan Rathod's (of Nadeem-Shravan fame) first production venture , which also marks the return of veteran director Basu Chatterji , is to feature Bipasha Basu in an important role . The movie will be a social comedy , in the style that made Basu da famous in the eightees .

Composer Tabun Sutradhar is the other producer the movie tentatively titled , 'Ek Ladki Bholi Bhali Si' , featuring new finds Aditi Sharma and Sarvar Ahuja of 'Zee Cine Stars Ki Khoj' . The music is being composed by Sanjeev and Darshan
