Bollywood Does A 'Lagaan' To The English Team !

Just like Bhuvan's team beat the British in a cricket match in 'Lagaan' , the IIFA XI , beat Britain's Sports Relief XI in a charity match , held at Bombay's Brabourne stadium yesterday (March 16). To the credit of the IIFA XI , it mostly consisted of Bollywood stars , while the English team had famous players like Phil Tuffnel and Chris Evans etc.

For the IIFA XI , Aftab Shivdasani gave a wonderful performance and was declared the man of the match , while Riteish Deshmukh too played an impressive knock .

The proceeds from the match will go towards the welfare of Bollywood technicians and stuntmen .
