So finally , Priyanka Chopra can heave a sigh of relief . The Bombay high court on 22nd July dismissed the case filed by her former secretary , Prakash Jaju , against the actress . Chief justice Dalveer Bhandari , who was hearing the case after Jaju's advocate failed to turn up for the hearing .

Prakash Jaju had claimed Rs. 25 lakhs as dues from Priyanka Chopra after she terminated her contract with him . He alleged that his contract with her was terminated without giving him the required notice but this allegation was refuted by Priyanka .

This is further humilition for Praksha Jaju after his appeal (via expensive ads in trade magazine , not to sign Priyanka) to Rakesh Roshan and other makers had no impact on them .
