The Bollywood Predictameter Or A Joke ?

Well , Euro RSCG's Bollywood Predictameter would have us believe that from now on , predicting the fate of a film is very , very simple - that too , even before its release !

The Predictameter , whatever it is , has predicted that 'Lage Raho Munnabhai' would be the most successful film of the year . While one hopes that it does become a runaway hit , one would like to question the basis on which such predictions are made .

According to Euro RSCG , the forcasts are made on the basis of what 'prosumers' say about forthcoming films . 'Prosumers' are defined as a special group of customers . According to the same study , some of the big films slated for release on or after 'Diwali' would bomb at the box-office .

Well , whether the films bomb or not , this Predictameter definately needs to bomb , if only because of the silly predictions .
