There were rumours that after watching 'Lage Raho Munnabhai' at the premier show , Rakesh Roshan asked director Rajkumar Hirani to direct a film for his banner , starring his son Hrithik Roshan .

However , the fact is that no such conversation took place between the two filmmakers after the premier for the simple reason that that Roshan did not see the film at the premiere !

He actually watched it on the first day (Friday) . It's a different thing that he found the film " simply outstanding !"
