Filmmaker J.P. Dutta has assigned the task of designing costumes for Aishwarya Rai in his 'Umrao Jaan' , to Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla , who design for the Bachchans' .

According to sources , the celeberated designer duo , Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla are already working on the clothes of the ex-Miss World .

For those who came in late , the ethnic and exotic costumes of the first 'Umrao Jaan' Rekha , are remembered even today , 24 years after the films release . Dutta would surely like to better those clothes
