Aamir Khan's application in the court of the metropolitan magistrate at Bandra (Bombay), seeking brother Faisal Khan's custody, was heard by the court on 29th January.

Faisal's lawyer countered Aamir Khan's application by claiming that Faisal was mentally and physically fit and that he was capable of taking care of himself.

As may be recalled, Aamir has claimed that Faisal is schizophrenic and needs attention and looking after. The court will decide on Faisal's custody on February 15.
