Aamir Khan Loses Brother FaisalÂ´s Custody Case

A Bandra (Bombay) court has rejected Bollywood star Aamir Khan's plea for the custody of his brother Faisal Khan. The court, while rejecting Aamir's plea, observed that Faisal, was completely fit to look after himself.

As may be recalled, Aamir had claimed that Faisal was schizophrenic and needed to be looked after and had moved an application in the court of the Metropolitan Magistrate at Bandra seeking Faisal's custody. But the court observed that Faisal was free to stay wherever he wanted.

Faisal's counsel countered Aamir Khan's application by claiming that Faisal was mentally and physically fit and that he was capable of taking care of himself.
