Gauhar Khan made an impact with the "Parda" song from last year's superhit 'Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai', and before that with 'Rocket Singh-Salesman Of the Year' as 'Sonia Sheikh'.

However, it was with her 'Samara Shroff' act in 'Game' that Gauhar impressed one and all. But when we talked to her, we discovered another side of the actress.

Says Gauhar, "Actually, when I was very small, my father used to work in Japan. He used to come and tell us about the perils of quake in Japan. But to see the devastation and sufferings for real has been very devastating for us."

Well, what happened in Japan (and is still happening) is indeed very disturbing and hear wrenching and we are with Gauhar on that!
