NIMPA To Take Legal Action Against K Sera Sera, Cautions Its Members

K Sera Sera may be Ramgopal Varma's partner in the recent release, 'Sarkar Raj', but the company seems to be in hot waters.

Reportedly, the NIMPA (Northern India Motion Pictures Association) had asked the corporate to refund Rs. 42 lakhs it owed to its (NIMPA's) members for its flop films like 'D', 'Risk' and some others. Of the total amount payable, the company actually paid only Rs. 1 lakh.

The cheques issued by K Sera Sera for the balance amount bounced.

While NIMPA will obviously take legal actions for the dishonoured cheques, it has, in the meantime, written to its members to be cautious while dealing with K sera Sera for its future projects.
