His success as a filmmaker and an actor notwithstanding, Aamir Khan does not interfere with his nephew Imran Khan's career, though he continues to influence him as a human being.

"He (Aamir) always says that I have to learn for myself through my mistakes because when I succeed all by myself, it would be better for me," Imran says.

The 27-year-old actor, whose first film 'Jaane Tu Yaa Jaane Naa' was produced by Aamir, said that though it may look funny and irritating, his famous uncle ensures that whatever he does, no matter how insignificant, he will not do anything wrong.

"Aamir mamu is very particular that he must always do the right thing. He will prefer to take a longer route rather than entering a no entry zone even in the dead of the night," he added.
