Here are the views of the director of this Friday's upcoming Feroz Khan, Nana Patekar, Anil Kapoor, Akshay Kumar, Katrina Kaif and Mallika Sherawat starrer, 'Welcome'. Says Anees Bazmee - "'Welcome' is a really funny film, about the mafia trying to get their sister married to a guy at all costs. As almost everyone knows the film has a spectacular cast with some of the big names of the industry. And it's the combination of these two elements that makes this film special.

Akshay Kumar as Rajiv is a 'shareef' and 'sanskaari' man who gives a lot of importance to relationships and understands the value of love. He is unlike anything one has seen him doing before. Katrina plays his love interest and the sister of three comic mobsters. Working with Nana Patekar, Anil Kapoor, Paresh Rawal and Feroz Khan was an absolute pleasyre. I must say the comic timing of each of these actors is par excellence. I am glad they thought of 'Welcome' as a worthy project to be involved with.

Everyone knows how beautiful Mallika (Sherawat) is, but working with her taught me that she is one of the most wonderful people I have ever met. 'Welcome' is special because each character and the actor playing it are special."
