Now this one’s an anthology film consisting of 4 short films marking the centenary year of Indian cinema (1913 – 2013).
Will directors Karan Johar, Zoya Akhtar, Dibakar Banerjee and Anurag Kashyap be able to celebrate the emotion of cinema in the best possible way and bring joy to the audiences as well ?.
“The title ‘BOMBAY TALKIES’ is adding up to Number 36 – this octave of Number 9 (Mars) is a lucky number promising authority, power and command. It indicates that reward will come from the productive intellect. In simple words, names with this compound number at their back should carry out their own ideas and plans” explains Bhavikk.
“Going purely as per the numerological meaning derived, it clearly seems that all the four directors will do full justice with the ‘common’ theme given to them, yet will bring an individuality of their own” predicts Bhavikk.
“The year 2013 which adds up to Number 6 (Venus) is likely to prove lucky for most Number 3, 6, 8 and 9 people, places, dates, names etc. and amongst the fleet of actors it will be Rani Mukerji (21st March 1978) and Saqib Saleem (8th April 1988) – both from Karan Johar’s story who will tend to benefit the most from this enterprise. Amongst the directors, it will be Dibakar Banerjee’s (21st June 1969) short film which will gain maximum appreciation” he adds.
“Plus, the film’s release date – 3rd May 2013 is a day primarily ruled by Number 3 (Jupiter) – the planet of wealth and prosperity and that shall help the film recover its investment from the box office and other revenue sources”.
“Besides that, Numbers 1, 2, 4 and 7 are considered to be a ‘family’ of numbers and most other actors namely Amitabh Bachchan (11th October 1942), Katrina Kaif (16th July 1984), Ranbir Kapoor (28th September 1982), Randeep Hooda (20th August 1976), Nawazuddin Siddiqui (19th May 1974) and two of the four directors Karan Johar (25th May 1972) and Anurag Kashyap (10th September 1972) all come under this category which means their contribution will also be equally praise worthy” he adds further.
“In ‘short’ (pun intended), ‘Bombay Talkies’ will fully succeed in capturing the truest essence of 100 years of our cinema” signs off Bhavikk on a positive note.
